Skilled Nursing Care
Skilled nursing is a term that refers to a patient’s need for care or treatment that can only be done by licensed nurses. Examples of skilled nursing needs include complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, tube feedings or rapidly changing health status.
Transitional Care
Transitional care refers to the coordination and continuity of health care during a movement from one healthcare setting to either another or to home, called care transition, between health care practitioners and settings as their condition and care needs change during the course of a chronic or acute illness.
Wound Care Management
Wound care refers to types of treatment for skin ulcers, pressure sores, and other wounds that break the skin. Due to uninterrupted pressure, pressure ulcers (often called bed sores) can be formed. This can be the cause of immobilized patients resting on a hard surface like a mattress or wheel chair.
Pain Care Management
Lancia Healthcare provides help for our residents dealing with pain through our pain care management services. Pain management is the process of providing medical care that alleviates or reduces pain. Some mild pain can be treated with analgesic medications but chronic and severe pain require skilled nurses and services to help our residents feel comfortable.

Hospice Care
Our staff at Lancia understands the importance in giving supportive care to our residents and their families during this stage of care. Our main focus is on comfort and quality of life during the final phase of a terminal illness.
Respite Care
Our respite care services helps give relief to a usual caregiver by providing temporary care to their loved one. Our staff is trained to handle the process of making our new resident feel comfortable during the short period of stay.
Adult Day Services
Lancia Healthcare provides adult day services for those needing support with transitional care and short-term rehabilitation. Our staff helps monitor and support the health, nutritional, social and daily living for adults in a group setting.
IV Therapy
Lancia Healthcare offers intravenous therapy for our residents. Our facility is equipped with a skilled staff, educated and knowledgable in IV therapy. IV therapy can be used for residents needing a fluid replacement, correct electrolyte imbalances, to deliver medication, and for blood transfusions.
Post-Surgical Care
Lancia offers services for after a surgical procedure. Postoperative care helps with pain management, wound care, and making sure you are able to function after your procedure. Our staff is trained so each patient has a customized plan for the best recovery.
Secured Care Unit
Lancia Healthcare provides the staff and facilities to help with loved ones dealing with with challenging or disturbed behavior Our secured care units allow for intensive and comprehensive treatment by our qualified staff for those with disorders.
Laboratory and X-Ray Services
Our in-house laboratory and x-ray services help our residents get the treatment and tests they need without having to travel long distances to other facilities.
